Alleyoop Apparel collaborates with both Printify and our custom manufacturing team to bring you unique and premium apparel. Due to the nature of our made-to-order and custom manufacturing processes, we do not support returns or exchanges for orders made due to incorrect size, color, or changes of mind. We encourage you to carefully review the size charts and product descriptions before making a purchase to ensure you select the best fit.

Damaged or Defective Items

In the rare case that you receive a product with a manufacturing error or that has been damaged during shipping, we’ve got you covered. For products produced via Printify, they offer a free reprint or a refund under the following conditions:

  • You must contact us within 30 days of product delivery.
  • Please submit your issue using the “Submit Issue” form found on our website.
  • Include a clear photo of the damaged or defective product to help us understand the issue.

Once the issue is verified, we will proceed with either a reprint or a refund, as per your preference.

Custom Manufactured Items

For items made by our custom manufacturing team, we handle each situation with care. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please follow the same process as outlined above:

  • Contact us within 30 days of receiving your product.
  • Provide detailed photos of the damage or error.

We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, ensuring you are satisfied with your Alleyoop Apparel purchase.

How to Submit a Return/Issue Request
  1. Go to the “Submit Issue” form on our website.
  2. Fill out the form with your order details and upload a clear photo of the defective or damaged product.
  3. Our team will review your submission and get back to you within 1-3 business days.
Non-Returnable Issues
  • Ordering the wrong size or color.
  • Change of mind after receiving the product.
  • Products that have been worn or washed.
